Encountering an issue on an RMS App Functionality wherein we were unable to download data template.
ERROR

ORA-26781: Nested table not supported
The logger_logs table has the following error:
Error ORA-26781: Nested table not supported returned by program unit S9T_PKG.ADD_LIST_VALIDATION
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log In to RMS UI
2. Click Tasks
3. Click Foundation Data
4. Click Data Downloading
5. Click Download
6. Choose Template Type and Template
7. Click Download

Due to this issue, users cannot download data template
