Data Picker Query Is Not Working Properly When Using Korean Language (Doc ID 2909642.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
There is one data picker in one BP, it works when the language is English and shows one record when user open the picker.
But if user change the language to Korean, it does not work and shows blank page without any record return.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. Login Unifier and open project.
  2. Go to the BP record.
  3. Click the data picker , it showing one record and user can select it when the user preference is English.
  4. Change language to Korean in user preference.
  5. Check the same data picker, it's blank and no record return.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The data picker should return the record when language is selected as Korean.
