Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Execute the CS batch 

Step 2 : Check the batch is successful 

Expected result :

CS batch should be passed without issue

Issue Encountered :

CS Batch Failed with below error 

Error looking up system remote interface in registry: Unknown host: http://HOSTNAME:PORT/edq:8090; nested exception is:
java.net.UnknownHostException: http://HOSTNAME:PORT/edq:8090 (Code: 7,052)
Exiting EDQ main method

Error retrieving system remote info: Connection refused to host: HOSTNAME; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (Connection timed out) (Code: 7,053)
Exiting EDQ main method

Changes

EDQ insert.sh is executed
