CallEDQ task fails in CS Batch "CS Data Load Event generation"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access to application.

2. Click on CS Data Load Event generation.

3. Run the job.

Expected result:
Job should execute successfully.

Actual result:
Job is failed. 

Error encountered in the call EDQ log:

Error looking up system remote interface in registry: Connection refused to host:<EDQ Server name> ; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused) (Code: 7,052)
Exiting EDQ main method.
