Goal
Why do the Product Name and Generic Name fields get populated with Project Name when creating a new case?
Steps to reproduce observation:
1. Create a new case with Reporting Type as Sponsored Trial.
2. Add Project ID.
3. Select a Study from retrieved list.
4. Product Name and Generic Name are populated with Project Name.
