Please Explain The Licensing Policy Fo OFSAA System (Doc ID 2910213.1)

Goal

We have to plan the budget for AML system ( OFSAA) when take our current AML system (on premise) to cloud infrastructure. I would like to ask the following question:
1. Do we have to pay the other licensing fee for cloud (now we already paid the licensing for OFSAA system on premise based on the total asset of VPBANK)
2. If we have DR site, do we have to paid more license or we don't have to pay OFSAA license as it is based on the total asset
3. Please explain the licensing policy for us if we take OFSAA to cloud infrastructure (in 2 cases: 1. we use Oracle cloud and 2.Aws cloud)
