Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.2 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For a Clinical One Data model, subjects are showing incorrect visit names in DMW.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the visit name in DMW to match the data from Clinical One study.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. When the first Study design version was created in Clinical One, long visit titles were used. E.g. “<long_visit_name>"
2. Upon first entry of the visit titles, the event_refname is created.
This is nothing but initial visit title in capitals without any space.
3. Change the visit title in Clinical One. E.g. <visit_name>
4. Perform a metadata load in DMW for the corresponding Clinical One study.
5. Perform a data load in DMW.
6. Under Data Listings check the visit name from DMW. "<LONG_VISIT_NAME>" is displayed instead of "<visit_name>".
