Print Secondary Spec Raw Material Field Contents Are Displaying in Wrong Columns (Doc ID 2910572.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Field contents are printing in the wrong column between Cert and Comments.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
While printing Field contents, it should be in the correct column for all fields with correct value.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PLM4P application.
2. Try printing secondary Spec Raw Material.
3.Cert and comment columns are wrongly arranged in the Print sheet
4. Cert values are displaying for comment column and comment values are displaying for Cert column.
