7.0 Codelist is not sorting properly (Doc ID 2910756.1)

Symptoms

 The codelist sorting option “Alphabetically descending” order is reflecting in one form (form1) but the same is not getting reflected in the other form (form2) even if the same feature is assigned for both the pulldown list objects of same data type as well.
