Symptoms

User encountered performance issue for the below scenario
As part of the delta vs full, we have observed that when the customer Delta has 0 customers takes more than a hour to process when it should take 0 minutes. This should be proportional, the fewer clients there are, the less time it should take; with 1 client it should take less than 10, with 10 it should take less than 100, with 100 it should take less than 1000... screening must be proportional to the number of clients.
