BRM JCA Adapter to BRM Connection Issue Post BRM12 SSL Enable (Doc ID 2910784.1)

Goal

There is an connection issue between JCA Adapter installed on SOA WebLogic server and Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12 application running on Linux RHEL 8.
This issue started happening after the SSL in BRM 12 is enabled. Prior to SSL enabling, the connection was fine, and  other operations in BRM are working fine like adjustments, testnap, etc.

Steps:
1. Deployed JCA adapter in SOA WebLogic server
2. Generated ozt password in BRM server
3. Added ozt password in JCA adapter configuration
4. Set JavaPcmSSL to true
5. Updated SslWalletLocation (BRM location) field

Below error happened while testing with PCM_OP_READ_OBJ:
