Updating InForm Configuration With New Remote Location Fails With Metadata Error (Doc ID 2910788.1)

Symptoms

When updating an InForm configuration with a new remote location, an error message is encountered saying: DMW-XXX: Could not compare metadata because the Development metadata is currently being processed in DMW

Changes

 The InForm study was migrated to a new version of InForm on a new InForm database server. A new remote location was created pointing to the new server.
