Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Claims Administration  3.22.1.0.1

When resolving a pend using the Resolve Pend IP from Postman (like http://.../api/claims/16006/resolvepend/12006) OHI is resolving the pend but still returns a response '401 Unauthorized'. The user has all 3 default roles "ALL_FUNCTIONS_ACCESS_ROLE", "ALL_API_ACCESS_ROLE" and "ALL_IP_ACCESS_ROLE" and additionally the access restriction to resolve the pend. The latter is obvious and works because the pend is resolved.
The '401 Unauthorized' is not expected and leaves the doubt about what failed in the end.  When the user resolves the pend in the screen, there is no error and can proceed to finalize the claim.

EXPECTED: Just resolve the pend and a response code 200 OK

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a pend rule with corresponding access restriction.
2. Add the access restriction to the role of the user.
3. Create a claim that pends due to the rule.
4. Try to resolve the pend using the resolve pend IP.
