Processing Lead Time Defined For Supplier In ASL Level is Not Honored (Doc ID 2911093.1)

Symptoms

Processing Lead Time defined for the suppliers in Approved Supplier List(ASL) is not honored in ATP.
Lead time is considered from organization/item level.

1. Lead times are not setup at the item organization level.

2. Processing Lead Time is defined in the ASL:
Responsibility: Purchasing
Navigation: Supply Base/Approved Supplier List

ATP Details shows no lead time as it considered the lead time at item/organization level.

Steps
=====
a. Responsibility: Order Management
b. Navigation: Orders, Returns -> Sales Orders -> Search for Sales Order
c. Click on Availability -> Click on ATP Details in Availability form
d. Check the Pegging details
