Task 56 (DM_ID 6052):- Inserting data into KDD_CASE_ATTRBT_VAL_MAP (For V_ENTITY_TYPE = 'CUSTOMER')

Task 57 (DM_ID 6053):- Inserting data into KDD_CASE_ATTRBT_VAL_MAP (For V_ENTITY_TYPE = 'ACCOUNT')
