In IIA v81201 - MRA Execution Referring To FSI_INS_FULL_RETRO_INTRM_DATES (Doc ID 2911266.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 27, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Insurance Accounting Analyzer - Version 8.0.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

While executing MRA LC for First Run. For ex: 31-Mar-2022 (first Run)(Transition Date = 01-Jan-2022). Expectation is that only one record should be present in FSI_IIA_EXEC_HIST_YTD and MRA transition template should be picked for this Run.

But while executing the INPUT_VARIABLE_CALC batch, incase of FSI_IIA_EXEC_HIST_YTD is getting populated with multiple year end dates based on the interim dates populated in FSI_INS_FULL_RETRO_INTRM_DATES table. Because of this issue, it is picking normal template instead of the MRA transition template for 31-Mar-2022 Run.

FSI_INS_FULL_RETRO_INTRM_DATES table should be referred only for FRA (Full Retrospective Approach) and not for MRA.
