Zone Override Parameter does not read the Description Override value from another Zone
We are trying to change the HC Customer 360 (Zone C1-HCCUST360) dropdown value from 'Person' to 'Group/Person'. However, it is picking up the Default based description. We are performing the following steps:
1. In the C1-HC360CU zone, set the Override Description to 'Group/Person'.
2. In the C1-HCCUST360 zone, set the Override Parameter Value of Query Zone 1 to 'C1-HC360CU'.
3. Perform a Flush All.
4. Stop WebLogic server, clear respective server tmp/ stage/ and cache/ directories.
5. Clear browser cache.
6. Restart WebLogic server.
When this did not work, we manually changed the default base description of zone C1-HC360CU and it was then reflected as we want it in the Customer 360 page.
