Symptoms

Exempted payments synchronous response not consumed by source system due to empty external data info

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to application
2. Imported the message shared by customer.
3. Posted the message
4. Verified the JMS message. Shows the external Data
5. Logged in as analyst and added GG.
6. Logged in as Supervisor and approved the GG.
7. Posted a message.
8. Verified the JMS message but the external Data is not present.
