(Doc ID 2911565.1)
Last updated on DECEMBER 01, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Communications BRM - Elastic Charging Engine - Version 12.0.0.4.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
It has been observed that Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) connection is getting failed between Session Management Function (SMF) and Charging Function (CHF) at transport level.
CHF is closing the TCP connection after certain idle time.
SMF is expecting CHF to keep TCP connection for HTTP to be maintained as long as CHF is up and running.
What is the expected behavior from CHF side?
In case of TCP connection closure is initiated by default, what is the possibility of overriding this to a longer interval or disable?
