Goal

For the REACTIONOUTCOME field (B.2.i.8) in all E2B R2 profiles, including the out-of-the-box one (ICH-ICSR V2.1 MESSAGE TEMPLATE - EMA), when the outcome option "Fatal" is selected, it doesn't appear in the report. However, if the option "Recovered/Resolved" is selected, it does appear in the report
