Goal

In Name and Address Match process (Transaction Filtering), we have a rule that applies Generate Initials transformation before execute exact match. We have a case:
Input = HOaX QUbX DUeX ---> HQD
Watchlist Record = HOnX QUcdX DAfX ---> HQD
And they are matched under the mentioned rule, which are not appropriate. So we have thought of extracting first 2 characters of each words then matching them. So that they would be HOQUDU vs. HOQUDA then NO MATCH!
Our question is How to Generate Initials of 2 characters? Or are there any other methods to solve the above problem?
