[ECM] Set Up Default Due Dates For Batch Cases (Doc ID 2912086.1)

Goal

Our client wants to set up default due dates for batch cases so that they will manage and keep track their investigators' SLA. However, we found out that cases released from batch are not set default due date, which means due dates from these cases are null.

Our question is: Is there anyway to set up default dates for batch cases? Our client insists that they need due dates to be set for cases so that they can keep track and manage SLA as well as performance of employees in investigation activities.
