Screen Can Not Scroll Horizontally While Editing the Hybrid Curves in Rates in FTP 8.1.2

Symptoms
In FTP 8.1.2 version, while creating hybrid curve in rates, screen can not scroll horizontally to edit the curves.
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to screen: Master Maintenance->Rate Management -> Interest Rates.
2. Create a hybrid curve by selecting Structure Type as Hybrid
3. In tab Hybrid Term Structure, select 2 interest rate code for example
4. Click Apply button, screen showing but it is not scrolling horizontally to edit the curves.
