Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management, in the wholesale model, customer is not able to see current month charges (Unbilled charges) for the parent account.
These charges are account charges, not the service level charges for the parent account.
In the retail mode customer is able to see the charges in the Billing Care (BC).

Why is this happening in wholesale model?
