ASCP is rescheduling past due work orders to a future date beyond the PTF despite the timefence setups.

Plan Options - PTF control checked.

MSO: Firm Purchase Orders Within Time Fence Y
MSO: Firm Requisitions Within Time Fence Y
MSO: Firm Work Orders/Operations Within Time Fence Y
MRP:Create Time fence Y

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect ASCP not to reschedule orders to the furture date. The orders should be rescheduled only to the plan run date.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch ASCP Plan.

Nav: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) -> Supply Chain Plans -> Launch

2. Navigate to Planner's workbench and review the output
