Goal
The team is looking for fetching average processing time of the CS Realtime request from the time it is hit and till the application response.
TF and CS are installed on different instances in Production, and recently zipper has been installed on TF db (and not on CS db), due to this we are unable to join zipper tables (like fcc_zcs_alert_matches) with the cs tables (like cs_rtscr_request). We prepared the attached query for this but as mentioned above, zipper and cs instance is not available on single db.
Please let us know if there is any other way to fetch this result.
