PDC Load Fails When Multiple Charge Offers Are Merged Into One XML File (Doc ID 2912984.1)

Symptoms

In one user case, there are 50000 Extensible Markup Language (XML) files, each of them contains multiple objects and some of them are referencing objects. After the charge offers are merged into one big XML file to try to reduce load time in Pricing Design Center (PDC), the user is getting the below error. The same error is seen for different charge offers every time the user reloads the XML.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Command used to load: printf $PDC_KEY | ~/pdc/PDC/apps/bin/ImportExportPricing -import -ow -pricing <file_name>
