Allocation History Screen Has Slow Performance / Hangs When Loading Results in PFT 8.1.2 (Doc ID 2913240.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to PFT 8.1.2, when users try to access Allocations in the Allocation History screen to run an undo, the screen either hangs with a spinning hourglass or takes 5+ minutes to load. 

 

It appears the SQL used to populate the screen, located in the pftapp.log, has very slow performance.
