On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.5.0 version, Rating business logic
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Dynamic Quota is not taken into account during pricing evaluation. It is observed that ECE is always applying and granting some default quota attributes for usage requests.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

ECE should evaluate and grant the quota based on the Dynamic Quota Rule configured
STEPS:'

1. Configure a Dynamic Quota Selector and import the same using ImportExport utility.
2. Initiate an Online Charging Request (CCR-I) from Network
3. Check if ECE has responded with CCA with the default Quota as grantedUnits
