SwService Crashes When "SERVICE RECACHE" Button is Pressed in Configuration Assistant (Doc ID 2913641.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, CA - Configuration Assistant

Service Recache from Event Management Rules tab causes system to briefly go offline

Performing a Service Recache in Configuration Assistant Event Management Rules tab causing the system to go offline. The system goes back online a few seconds later. Service Recache on the other tabs is working fine, just issue with Service Recache Event Management Rules tab.


1) Open the configuration Assistant.
2) Verify that the product is not configured for "PFS" ruleset.
3) Navigate to "Event Management Rules" tab.
3) Click on "Service Recache".

Actual:
SwService goes offline and creates a core file.

Expected
SwService shouldn't create any core file and it shouldn't be down.
