Midsession Issue During Ccr Update Request For Multiple Rating Group (Doc ID 2913744.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.4.0 version, Rating business logic

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In midsession creation the midsession event is not getting generated by ECE.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
midsession event should get generate.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. There is a mid-session condition, set to 1 byte, means if user are getting the Update request where used-unit >=1 then midsession should be generated.

2. Initiated a data session for rating-group 301
CCR-I
  Rating- Group 301
  RSU – 1 GB
3. Network is sending Update Request for another rating-group 501, where it is asking RSU
CCR-U
  Rating-Group 501
  RSU – 1GB
4. Network sends update for 301
CCR-U
  Rating-Group 301
USU – 200MB
5. At a Same time network sends update for 501 RG
CCR-U
  Rating-Group 501
USU – 190MB
6. Mid-session is getting created only for 501 RG and not for 301 RG.
