On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0.11.0 version,

Customer want to purge batch_rel data and are planning to use "purge_batch_rel_objects" utility. However it appears it is not installed as part of BRM 7.5 installation package. How to get this get this utility and use this?
