Query on Partitioning /bill And /invoice Classes (Doc ID 2913863.1)

Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0.11.0 version, the /invoice and /bill classes were not partitioned, and the user is planning to start partitioning them.

STEPS
---------------------
1. Downloaded and installed the "7.5.0_PartitionUpg_linux_32_opt.bin" to the server
2. Updated pin_setup.values file with below entry:
    @CLASSES_TO_BE_PARTITIONED = ("/bill:local","/invoice:local");
3. Executed perl partitioning.pl script, below error during execution:
