Goal

On : 22.7.2.0 version, Student Finances

We would like to request more information on Non-Financial Changes. On the Disbursing Screen, we experience a high number of $0 Sequences in a range of status.
Why do these $0 Non-Financial Changes generate on the Disbursing Screen for both current and historical terms? What triggers them? Are they necessary? Why are they in different statuses?
