On : 12.0.0.7.0 version, Pricing

After upgrade Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) and Pricing Design Center (PDC) from Patch Set (PS) 4 directly to PS7, "ImportExportPricing -export config -config" gives error.
Also, there is a new element "Tax Codes" in PDC tab setup, but the tax codes do not have details data configured which can not be changed or deleted.
