Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, NMS Infrastructure

Several jobs, in New status, suddenly appeared in workagenda even though the jobs were several days old.

Jobs should appear in workagenda immediately after being created


This error appeared in the JMService log:

10/07/22 07:12:52: JMService 0xb44,ctp=12a1e37e8,"groupingThread(mainloop)"
JMJob::setCtrlZones - no ctrl zone information found for ####.#####


Changes

 Several feeders were recently added to the system.
