ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In version 12.6.2, Documaker Studio becomes unresponsive (spinning blue circle) when trying to move sections when editing a FOR file.
For example, dragging and trying to drop a section from the footer section to the header section. This issue only occurs on Windows 10 OS.
STEPS to recreate
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check out a FOR file.
2. Grab the footer section/FAP and drag to the header or body section of the Form.
