OFSAAI 8.1.1.1: User Search Filter Is Not Saving Correctly in LDAP Server Details

Symptoms
On OFSAAI 8.1.1.1 version, you are unable to login to the OFSAA User Interface (UI) and found that the User Search Filter wasn't saving correctly.
The filter you have applied contains an "&" character, and it was only saving the characters up to this ampersand.
As workaround, you have manually edited the ldap_details table and set the value in USER_SEARCH_FILTER directly.
Then, you were able to login to the OFSAA UI using the AD credentials.
