ADF_FACES Exception While Clicking on Create Terms And Offers by Service (Doc ID 2914424.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center (PDC), 12.0.0.5.0 version, while creating "Create Terms" and "Offers by Service" items in PDC application, the below ADF_FACES-60097 Exception/Error is reported.

ERROR on PDC User Interface (UI):

STEPS:
---------------------
1. Login to 12.0.0.5.0 PDC by Pricing Reviewer Group.
2. Click on “Create terms” and “Offers by Service” hyperlinks, check if UI throws the above error message/exception.
