Goal

Change Sovos Tax Engine API

Customer is trying to utilize new Sovos Tax Engine (v227.4.1) but they had performance issues on job l10n_br_refresh_extax_process_retail.ksh.

After Sovos analysis they requested the customer to change the API that Oracle Retail was calling from CalcTaxes to CalcTaxesBulk.

Is it possible to do the requested change? What needs to be done for this?
