Symptoms

When you have a table (such as the Safety Document List) and sort the table by a column with non-unique values (such as Status), the table gets sorted.

However, if a new row gets added to the table (i.e. an operator creates a new safety document and the entry gets added to the list), it is possible for the order of the rows to get changed within their current non-unique grouping.
(i.e. the entries Safety Document List would still be sorted correctly by Status, but the order of the "New" safety documents could change when the new switch sheet is added.)

This potentially applies to any Web Workspace or Web Switching table that can be sorted.
