ACP Copy Update for Process Extension Throws Error "Duplicate name entered. (MSGID = 112)"

Symptoms
There is Process Extension (PX) with the same name in the target and source instance.
Trying to update the information of the same PX in the Source instance to the Target Instance using Agile Configuration Propagation (ACP).
However, ACP Copy Update for PX throws below error:

Error Context:
Unable to create the "{PX Name}" Process Extension object.
Error Cause:
Duplicate name entered. (MSGID = 112)
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to ACP project folder, and configure config.xml to export Process Extension
- Launch command, and run:
- Gets error in import.err generated under the ACP project folder.
