Symptoms

On Agile 9.3.6.0 version, RUP21 failed to install

When attempting to install RUP21, the following error occurs in the shell where the installer is run:

ERROR
-----------------------
BUILD failed > "FMW version: ${supported.wls.version} found. This version of FMW is not supported. Aborting Installation"

INSTALLATION FAILED


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Agile 9.3.6.13
2. Download RUP21
3. Apply 9.3.6.12 by running Install_Patch.sh
