Symptoms

When attempting to open a file attachment or Get a file attachment from Agile Web client the following error is displayed in the browser window of the Agile Web Client.

Error:

Specified file (xxx-filename.jpg) could not be located. Please contact the administrator.


Steps:

  1. Log into Web Client
  2. Open object with file attachment
  3. Select the attachments tab and select the file attachment
  4. Click Get to retrieve the file attachment
  5. Error "Specified file (xxx-filename.jpg) could not be located. Please contact the administrator."

Changes

 Changed filename prefix in Java Client to schema name
