Symptoms

MSS 6.2.1 version, Connection Design

========================

When redesigning a virtual circuit   after the create order(EWO) is Flag Finished, all the information in the 'Connection Summary' screen becomes blank and the circuit is kicked out with the below message.

Users are unable to access(open)the circuit in connection design after this as the error keeps on coming.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
================
The application should not go blank and the user should be able to complete the redesign.

STEPS:
=======
1-Create a VC via an EWO .
2-Design the VC via the design task and complete all the tasks including the DD task .
3-Open the circuit in Connection and do a redesign.
4-All the information in the 'Connection Summary' becomes blank and the circuit is kicked out with a message:

'Unable to determine Originating Element, the design cannot be processed.'

Users are unable to access the circuit after this in further attempts and faces the same error.
