On : 2.9.0.0.0 version
Bill Group Pricing Group zone errors out after renewal
The base code renewal is copying pricing rules with pricing groups but is not creating new pricing groups. The Bill Group Pricing Groups zone, in the Pricing Information tab of Customer 360, throws an SQL Exception when broadcasting the policy in the Billing Group Policy Information zone. This issue is being encountered for existing records as well.
Steps To Recreate:
1.Setup ASO customer, navigate customer 360 Pricing Information tab.
2.On the Pricing Information tab – Bill Group Pricing Group zone, click add and save a new pricing group.
3.Create a new Billing Group-level pricing rule and associate it with the newly created pricing group.
4.Activate the policy
5.On the Pricing Information tab – Bill Group Policy Information, renew the policy. Enter the required fields and tick the Copy Pricing Rules checkbox, then Save.
6.Go back to the Pricing Information tab – and broadcast any of the policy under Bill Group Policy Information.
Actual Result:
The Bill Group Pricing Groups zone, in the Pricing Information tab of Customer 360, throws an SQL Exception when broadcasting the policy in the Billing Group Policy Information zone.
Expected Result:
Bill Group Pricing Groups zone should get load without any error when broadcasting the policy in the Billing Group Policy Information zone.
