Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1.3.3 version,
When attempting to submit a SAS file via File Watcher,
the following error occurs in the job log file:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Place a SAS file in File Watcher folder.
2. Check the triggered job log.
