Package Names for Transformation Mappings Must Be Unique Even if the Path is Different

Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1.2 version,
When attempting to select a package to associate it with a transformation table mapping,
the following error occurs:
"Package names must be unique even if the path is different. You
cannot select package with the same name from different
locations."
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open a transformation mapping.
2. Select a table.
3. Attempt to select a package for that table mapping.
