ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Planned order qty is mismatch in Lot based job
When a Planned order is released from ASCP, it creates a Lot based job as expected. However there is a difference in Start Qty and Net Planned Qty when reviewing the job.
Item A shows a Start Quantity of 3 and Net Planned Qty of 1.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Quantities Match in the Job that was released.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) > Supply Chain Plan > Workbench and release lot based job from the Planning Workbench
2. Shop Floor Mgmt (R) > Lot Based Jobs and observe the created job in Lot Based Jobs form
