Goal

While upgrading Insbridge 5.5 to 5.6.2 on new hardware.
The customer has the new Insbridge portal and framework admin components working with network authentication.
However, Rate Manager will only work for a short period allowing a user to automatically sign in as their network account. After a period of time, the application's linkage from the portal stops providing a subscription list to automatically sign into, and instead will present all users with the standard Insbridge forms authentication.
Any non-network accounts will successfully authenticate in. but not network accounts.
How to setup Insbridge to work with network accounts?
